    Side of the Highway under the bridge near Freeport
    Spent a couple of hrs yesterday cutting her up & grinding sausage with Clay's grinder( Thx Buddy)
    both front shoulders were trashed as well as the upper part of the front part of the ribcage & backstrap, 2nd shot clipped her spine
    but I still got about 10lbs of really good sausage, a boneless butt & a pile of ribs

    As much as Clay is a PIA sometimes, you gotta love him as a friend..was lucky enough to see him today myself! Great sausage...I need to grind all mine up too.
