FWIW, Muzzle loader rifles and handguns, over .40cal is legal in Alabama.(the op is shown to be in Alabama)you cant hunt deer with anything under .50 cal black powder so it doesnt have much appeal and hurts the value

Just curious, what do you think your odds are with that caliber? Ive never hunted with black powder and to be honest do not remember how i even obtained this pistol.thats a change it was .50 for black powder now I can get my .36 cs sniper out and go to town
