I just got back from walking 3 holes of golf. That was enough for me,It was back to house and to hell with exersize(sp)

Went to the river and all I caught was a damn heat stroke. Not sure why I continue doing this to myself

I tell ya what.. I finally got my A/C Fixed around 5ish, it just withthin the last 30mins got the house back down to 76 degrees.. It was a HOT one today, Glad Sky down at Escambia Electric had a Capacitor that would work for me..

Was up there on a bike in '09 and man 46 degree mornings in June/July felt great unitl you got up to speed; then, thank goodness for layered riding gear!
