Is it real? If so what country?

Villar Perosa Mod. 1915. Italy. Yes it is real (made for air planes as a flexible observer's gun, but 9 mm Glisenti cartridge was not powerful enough for intended purpose).

Hey thanks man! It was a close one too! I noticed we think alike on some of these. That #12 pic stood out to me because of the mag and the over folding stock.

the villar perosa was in the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. although it was actually a Beretta Model 38/42 (mocked up as a Villar-Perosa Mod 15)

Trivia #13 knock out of the park by Donkey. I thought I would send you snipe hunt with the wood stock on that one. I was surprised by the Indiana Jones Pic. I like to check out the guns used in older movies too. TCM has a bunch if you don't mind six shooter shooting 8-9 times.

That rear sight is messing with me. I want to say its the sporting model but that u shaped rear sight is waaaaay to close to the action.
