Try calling Jeff at Florida Commerical Tire.. He's got some good prices on new tires, Not sure about Used..But wont hurt to ask, I know they removed and replaced 4 rubber filled tires on a bobcat for me afew years back and it was like agrand cheaper then Dave Howell.
