Hey Guys,
Me and the family are looking to by land to build a homestead on, and could use your help.. We are looking for 2-10 Acres Zoned AG and would prefer if there was a well on the property, or maybe some other features.. septic, slab, power pole..etc.. Owner Financing is a huge plus as well. Also we would like to be within 45 min of Pensacola (I still have a day job)
I can scour the internet, pour over newspapers, and such, but I know there are hundreds of people on here driving all over the area I am looking at.
Snap a picture of a For Sale By Owner sign, and send it to me.. If I end up purchasing I will pay you 50$ for the picture.
I realize 50$ is not a great deal of money, but when you figure all it took was a picture.. its ammo money
