Im kind of wondering whats going on with that because the article was from Oct 2012. Never heard of the record being officially broken. Maybe never made official cause they were unsure who got the shot off???

I think they were british, and it was in the news about that time.

The article says the ( shooters') names are not known, but it's thought to be Australian( but if they don't know, then how can they say?).
