I believe the first year of production for this model was 1964 and they made them until early ‘80s. I think mine was made around 1982.

I believe it is a 76 I’ll check when I get home. Read the attached article and it will tell you all about it. Not pre64 however it does not have any safety’s and has a metal butt plate just like it’s predecessor.
