Does anyone know where around the P'Cola area where you can get a compact truck painted for a reasonable price? I have a 2014 Honda Ridgeline that has the paint peeling on the hood and several other places. The Honda dealer's body shop has quoted me $6000 to paint it. Although the truck has low miles on it and is in great mechanical condition, I don't want to put $6000 into it. If I could get a decent paint job (not a $29.99 Earl Shibe special) I would do it and keep the truck. If not I may have to sell the truck as a "beater" work truck.

Good luck. I have a 1997 Toyota T100 that I would like to get painted. No one wants to fool with it, they are too busy with collision jobs. I’ve checked a dozen shops and gotten the same story.

Here too, the body shops only want the insurance jobs. I have a 99 Jeep TJ with only 82,909 miles, the hood needs repainting, guess I’ll have to find a shade tree back yard painter to redo it for me.

Try Little Mans paint and body in Milton off of Avalon Blvd. He's reasonable and does excellent work. Ask for Sean Purdue.

Cook’s Paint & Body in Pace has always done a good job for me. I kept them in business when the kids were in high school.
They do a great job but are not cheap.
Whatever happened to the $199 paint job from Fact O Bake?

I was going to recommend Fact-O-Bake on 29. They did a great job for me and were very reasonable. Good guy.
Everyone has their perspective on a great job. I would put them as just ok.
Depends on how keen your eye is to tape lines and overapray, orange peel, runs, how much the truck is worth to you, etc.

I tried him. The truck was scheduled to be painted but then he ran into some personal issues. Since then he’s ghosted me.
