I will have to go with my 4 inch stainless Colt Python. There is just something about those old snake guns that make me smile.

There's two I will never sell. They are also my favorites.
Winchester Model 12 in 16 ga. Have the original case from Winchester, the cleaning kit and the receipt when my grandfather bought it new in 1938.
That one goes to my grandson. It was $26 and change back then.
S&W Model 57, 6 in. I'm getting buried with this one. I might need it in the afterlife.

By far my Remington 788 - .243. My grandfather gave it to me for Christmas when I was 13 and I've shot several deer with it. The real stories are those of my kids shooting their first deer with it and several friends and their kids also shooting their first with it. It's not the prettiest but it's a tack driver and means a lot to me. Second is a 300B/O build I did about a year ago but I traded it for some solar panels:cool:

My Remington 1100 12 gauge . My father bought it for me at Grant's department store in Panama city . It was for my 11th birthday in 1975 .

In the Panama Plaza at the corner of Hwy 98 and Lisenby Ave.
    It closed right around then.
I remember at their going out of business sale they had Win 94s for $60.
I can also remember going in there as a kid and seeing surplus rifles in cardboard drums for $13.

I’ve always like the model 43 Winchester in 22 hornet, the hornet is my favorite caliber.

My favorite is a difficult decision. Best I can do is the top 2, the first a grail gun from childhood desire and the other is a rifle I always admired. I rewarded myself with one to stop smoking a few years ago.

    Childhood grail gun:
