    Took my Marlin 30 30 to the range. Dropped the hammer, nothing but click. Tried several different bullets, but still nothing. No dents in the primers. Whats wrong???

    broke firing pin would be first guess, unless it has some kind of internal safty issues.

    2 piece firing pin. 1 or more sections is froze from rust/gunk/dirt buildup. Take the bolt out, use non-chlorine brake cleaner to free it up. Either that or you forgot about the cross-bolt safety. BTDT.

    Good call guys, I had a friend with some basic skills clean the firing pins and trigger mechanics and it's good to go!!
