What type game/critters could an ethical hunter harvest with this?

Assuming PCP. How are you going to charge it??
Small game with good shots. Birds, Squirrel, rabbit, rats, mice, coon would be on the upper limit. Need to know knock down power with pellet. Mine is 26.5ftlb with 14.7g pellet. 22 cal. Works fine With Good Shot placement. Head, eyeball. Also look at aftermarket support for it. Seems like somebody had a Benjamin maurader for sale on here. Ymmv

The original Gauntlet had PLENTY of aftermarket support. I'm sure the new one will be similar. Look up Hajimoto, He sells and supports an incredible amount of mods for the Gauntlet and others. He's got plenty of videos on youtube also.

Small game, birds. check your local laws. Shots to the vitals is my preferred method, heart and lungs. I read somewhere shooting a skunk in the head is a bad idea... stay safe

You might want to add water moccasins to that list. I have killed several with my Benjamin .22 Co2 rifle which is about 650 fps.
