I'm just amazed at how shocked people seem to be that this happened. Anyone who's paid any attention to the country has seen this buildup. My suspicion is that this is only the beginning. The media is gonna put this 100% on Trump and his supporters, and put the Dems up as the saviors when they're the root of this to begin with. Either way, I would watch for more protests like we saw with BLM to give the government an excuse to disarm the populace.

Meanwhile, pay close attention to how certain "leaders" react and what their message specifically states. Then, go back and see how they reacted to the real violence of cities under siege this year, sometimes for months, and how that brutality was considered 1st Amendment expression.

The People are angry because they are witnessing their elected officials piss on this Nation and claim that it's raining.

Even so, anyone see statues torn down? Any graffiti? Fire bombs? Destruction of paintings or other works of art? Mob attacks? Fights? Fireworks? Knives? Guns?

Exactly. They broke some windows, and proceeded to walk all over the US Capitol. Carrying the US Flag, and flags supporting the sitting US President. They even hung a gigantic US Flag outside.

This wasn't unprecedented violence. It was a show of capability and restraint.

I hope the images of "unescorted civilians" sitting at their desks reminds the elected officials who their bosses really are: good and virtuous US Citizens.

Unarmed, standing in a window. She fell backwards out of the window to the landing you see in the pictures. Video wasn't great quality, seemed to be men in suits on the other side of the window she was standing in. She leaned forward slightly and that's when the shot rang out. I believe she was hit in the neck.

They're not saying more about it because she'd become a symbol in a heartbeat. Media playing the game, as usual.
