21. Stop all obama phone service and payments.

24. Reinstate prohibition on government employee or elected official insider trading.

Sounds good on paper but before you support a blanket statement like that think about it. What if a bunch of people that process Social security and military paychecks quit/retire? What about people that process those Form 4's? If I remember correctly air traffic controllers are federal employees. Do you not want people in these positions replaced?
