No first hand experience but the A model is 22 only. They just released the S model. It's stainless steel and rated up to 22 mag. Surefire makes nice looking product but I think the A is pretty limited. Another $100 (or less) will get you a can rated up to 5.7fn. If you ONLY want to do 22lr it may not be a bad choice. If you are thinking mag, hmr or other rimfire calibers, you may want to spend a little more.
