I do to Jake and even bait, thing is to get a lease next to a WMA and then bait them over. We have a lease between us and the Pine Log WMA so I need to make a deal w them to get a setup over there. I much prefer hunting and eating wild pigs over deer and NO limits!

Ive been wanting to kill a hog but I cant justify getting in to a club at $1200+ since I work to much. I only get to hunt a couple days a year. I will be hunting WMA land again this year. I think my best bet on getting a hog around here would be off Quinttete/ Escambia River. Has anybody had any luck getting one around that area?

Heist, just an FYI, Over here, I know it is a drive for you, the leases are/have been $600-750, There were a few close or in Crestview for $750 and The one off the Munson Hwy was $750 or less I believe (Springhill?)

The only thing I dont like about Springhill is you only get 2 spots to hunt the whole year. We were in that one and Sand Creek in Chumucla when I was in highschool.

Heist, yeah and a better class of deer and should be plenty of pigs too, now that I hunt free in FL, I might do that too. I recently started a business eradicating pigs and deer, as long as it covers my expenses I am happy, already getting a good flow of calls.

Jake, yeah if I was younger brother it would certainly be the thing to do.

I can handle getting dirty.. That would be the best place for me since I live right off Chumucla Hwy and work in Cantonment.

My grandpa has 2 clubs in Alabama and another relative has some land up there too. They want me to come kill or trap the hogs.. They say they have way to many. The only reason I havent been doing it is because I work 72+hrs a week on swing shifts and cant stay up there for a day or 2.
