Everything is included and not pictured a picatinny rail is included.
As for the fore grips the shorter one came with the adjustable stock but is for a 12 gauge 500. The black fore grip is for this model but requires a longer slide action P/N 14474BL and tube nut P/N 13610BL, currently not in stock at mossberg.
