It is a post World War Two rifle. I don’t not have the tools or the skills to get you the TE/ME measurements… I’m willing to meet up and you can conduct that yourself. No paper work to show it is or isn’t a CMP rifle but does have markings on the stock (RAP possibly). I updated the picture with the stock markings and the Barrel serial number.Any more info ? CMP rifle ? TE/ME measurements. ? Barrel manufacture snd date ? Thank you .
I’m sure a gunsmith or someone locally on the forum has some . Just for your own knowledge . I have a set, but I’m way over here in Niceville . I will check out your pictures . I will keep that in mind . I am only available on weekends , and I’m busy with church and everything tomorrow .
The RA-P ( from what I’ve found ) denotes The Raritan Arsenal . Maybe that’s where it was refurbished .It is a post World War Two rifle.
