SOLD - I have a Harrington and Richardson M1 Garand that I would like to sell. Everything in the pictures is included. Rifle(1955 year of manufacture), 192 round(in embloc clips) sealed spam can of surplus ammo, ammo belt with an additional 80 rounds in 10 embloc clips and an extra 11 spare embloc clips. I will consider trades plus cash for S&W or Ruger revolvers or maybe a new model Ruger PC carbine, but would prefer a cash sale. Let me know what you have for trade. You may have something I didn’t know I needed. Bore and muzzle erosion both have been measured at a 1 by two different well respected members of this forum. It has been a few years since the measurements were done, but it has not been fired since then. I am looking for $1,300 for everything. Thanks! SOLD

Very nice shape and from what I can see, all matching. By serial number, it looks to be 1955-56. The only piece that I see that may have been replaced/repaired is the forward forearm. Those were known to crack and commonly replaced.

This deal is way under price, some one that wants a Garand should get this . It has me even looking at it and I don't need another one

Thank you sir! I got a very good deal on it several years ago and I am not looking to make a killing on it. You were actually one of the well respected members that took a look at this rifle and did the erosion checks for me. I haven’t pulled the trigger on it since then.
