If that was a caliber recommend for beginners, I’d be all over it. You could prob sell it on consignment & move it for a decent amount more.

Just curious but why wouldn’t 6.5 prc be a good beginner caliber? I picked it over 6.5 Creedmoor for the ballistics and slight ease of shooting over it in regards to flatter shooting. I think it allows for solid room to grow as well as you can extend your capabilities with it and you can potentially hunt more with it.
I will give the CM the edge with ammo availability though if that’s what you’re referencing. Again, just curious as I don’t think there’s a wrong or right answer. More so good conversation as I’m always learning
