    For the seller or buyer of this trapdoor, please read my posts in the above link. I have rifle #811 of the 13th NY. You can see my research on the 13th in the Spanish American War. Read all the way through please. Some of the info came via the New York State Adjutant-General’s report of 1900 on NY participation in the Spanish American War. I didn’t find any info on rifle serial numbers vs who issued to.
