Funny you posted this thread. I've been wanting to start shooting skeet but haven't made the leap mostly because I really do not know anyone that does it and lets face it shooting alone is a cry for help lol. What do you have in mind?

The new Bay Countu Shooting Range is pretty good with 18 stations. They have a pro shop, rent skeet guns and I hear you can get a golf cart for transport between stations.

try it and you'll like it. theres nothing like smoking clays. I just wanted to see who might be interested in shooting skeet at Tyndall. as far as I know, its the only place for skeet in the local area.

I go there a few times a month to shoot pistol and long range. they don't have skeet setup.

Sounds more like Sporting Clays, some of the most fun you can have with a shotgun short of being in a dove field, in my opinion!

The social aspect is what makes the game of Skeet enjoyable, and there's nothing like shooting your first straight!

Correct: Bay County has Sporting Clays not Skeet. I haven't shot either sport. I hear they are hard to clean and taste like mud. Lol
