    Just about every law is ambiguous, perhaps on purpose to allow lawyers and judges to mold it into their opinions and actions.
    quite a few certainly are ambiguous , i think it started for us US about 250 years ago in a bar /tavern when a bunch started writing things down on paper ....they were either patriots or tipsy with a sense of humor lol

    The second incident, happened at Trail Glades. But it happened because of poor site control.

    During LE force-on-force training. Typically, the officer's firearm is used. But before that is said and done, a screening and pat-down is done to make sure EVERYTHING is clear of live ammo.

    Someone, screwed the pooch and didn't clear the officer/student. So, when the role-playing started, the gun went bang instead of click.
