I'm right across the line in Alabama and as of this weekend I still have Bucks together.

I think they are. I havent seen a buck on my property during daylight in the 4 years ive been there. Saw a nice 6 point at 0840 while walking the dogs. My schnahuahua smelled him upwind lol.

I walk the dogs with a rifle.... during hunting season. For just that reason.

I was in a hurry to get to work and i wouldn't have had a shot anyhow. Was in the direction of the hwy. Idk if i can hold 2 dog leashes and aim lol.

Drop em, soon as you fire dogs will haul buggy home. It's a legitimate excuse for being late to work in Bama.

See! I always carry a rifle especially if rut is in. Not gonna miss an opportunity. Because when you leave the rifle. You'll see a white Buffalo. Yeti, Bigfoot or rhino. Truth be told I toted my new ou 20ga. Top. #7 bottom 00 buck.
