The Bay County site has backed off their hours so much that I can never get free when they are open.

I love Bullets and bones in defuniak. They have 300 yard steel.

FWIW there's a new indoor shooting range in PCB, but don't know about a rifle range.

New indoor shooting range opens in Panama City Beach

The Powder Room sells guns, offers classes on safe gun usage, and has an indoor simulator for people to practice with.

We went to the outdoor range in PCB yesterday and it was great after we got through the line at the door
