    Other than making an anvil out of railroad track, best use I’ve had out of them is property corners , concrete em in and they are hard for neighboring land owners to remove
    I sold some to a guy that was gonna cut them up and use them for weights on a tractor

    Yep I’ve seen that done too, I’ve got an old disc harrow with two 6’ pieces bolted across the frame for added weight. Lots of good uses for the track. Where you located at ? I’m looking at buying some hunting land and might need some to mark corners with

    I just cut a smaller piece in two for my buddy and I to make anvils out of.
    we used a chop saw with an abrasive blade but I think the Diablo metal cutting blade works good too.
