Finally got the seller to sign a bill of sale. I'll be headed to the tag office on Monday to wait to get it transferred to me.

Not sure how long it will take to get the new title but if there was anyone interested that was just holding off because of the questionable nature of the story shoot me a PM I should have the title (in my name) in hand soon.
