Not gonna convince me that the US Military is constantly spraying some kind of chemicals at altitude like some sort of evil Weather-Dominator mission with spray nozzles and chemical tanks being loaded and unloaded and stored and hauled around airfields, etc, etc, etc. Nope.

A ski resort wants to augment their snowpack. An airport wants to reduce the heavy fog over the runway.
