Me, wife, friend shot quite a bit today. Me and the wife were shooting my reloads in my s&w and her keltec. Any factory ammo she's shot from her PF9 works fine. Any of my reloads pretty frequently FTF due to light primer strikes. I haven't had any FTF at all in my s&w. My buddy was shooting his PF9 and shot quite a few of my reloads with no trouble.
Could her PF9 have a shorter firing pin, weak firing pin spring or what??

Maybe firing pin spring. I had an issue with my pf9, contacted keltec and they sent replacement parts free of charge.

I had the same problem with mine a few years back. I broke it down removed the firing pin and found it was dirty in the firing pin hole cleaned it out good with gun blast and it worked fine after that.

Makes me feel better. I'll try taking it apart and cleaning it really well before I call keltec.
If I take this apart to some degree of not getting it back together, y'all will be there for me, right?

My buddy has done that with his and I can tell a very noticeable difference frank. I'll work on cleaning/polishing this week. Shoot it again on my next days off and see how it goes

Take a drill bit by hand and remove burrs where the firing pin rides internally. Had similar problems with a former Keltec, I sold that problem child for cheap.
