Nah, if you go regularly it is the same as any other sunbather.
Now the one time I went to a nude beach in California (in the 70's so no need to picture it!) we walked away from a buddy who laid out for the first time nude. He fell asleep, we bumped into some ladies with wine.
Came back to find him with a for real cherry red ass as he had fallen asleep face down (luckily). Unluckily, he was married and his wife was NOT thrilled he let us drag him to the nude beach. His wife never liked me, thought that as a friend I was too wild an influence on him!
