Apparently noone has been drinking lately. If you haven't tried this...do it!!! The IPA is like no other. Even if you're not an IPA fan. IMG_20160506_201245.jpg

Bought a 13 pack of Modelo yesterday. Love it.

So, now I have found 4 beers that I really like. All 4 are Mexican.
Modelo is good stuff. I like a few Mexican beers, none of which are Corona though. Dos Equis amber is really good.

Had a couple of these last week in Destin and really liked them. My son, a Miller Lite drinker (yuk) who claims he doesn't like IPA brews, enjoyed his first and requested another. Anyone know where they sell it in my neck of the woods?

The Pig in Fairhope would be the most likely. I'll keep an eye out for it. Cigar city makes some good stuff.

I'm 99% sure I saw it at Fresh Market in Daphne yesterday.

Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan for me tonight while watching the PPV card. I like it a lot.

The last 2 weekends have been Corona for me. It's getting hot and I've spent a lot of time outside, so it just seemed right.

    Good man!

Now you see what I'm saying? I am outside ALL day every day in the summer and sweat like a horse. Corona is the only thing I want. All the fancy beers are just too heavy and dark.

Tho I will say the Victoria, Pacifico and Modelo are good substitutes.

Modelo in a can is one of my favorite beers during hot weather.

I haven't tried Modelo in a can yet. Normally I don't like any canned beer but a few years ago I had a few Corona at the beach during a party and was surprised that I liked it.

For a long time I would only drink Corona but after experimenting I found a couple more but they all turned out to be Mexican.

I think Modelo is tied with Corona.

Pacifico and Victoria about the same for second place.

Dos Equis, don't like it. Too sweet.

No beer this weekend. Makers in abundance though.

Why discriminate. I start with a beer or two, then move to whiskey.

There's NO tie between Modelo and Corona. Modelo wins Everytime. But Corona is more available.

My pants were getting a little tight around the waist. Only light beer and bourbon for me for a while.
