OD Green Magpul mags

I have a few new ODG magpuls and a buddy told me to keep them as they no longer make them and are hard to find. Any truth to this? Are they actually "special" or just green magpuls? Thanks for the input

there just green mags, magpul had them for awhile, maybe stopped due to lack of sales? Maybe worth a couple dollars more to the right person. Hexmag has some on gunbroker 12.00?

I've seen them go for 50 each. Spray paint will do the same thing for a lot less. I have several fde ones I need to sell. 30-40 a piece. All the new ones are coyote.

I’ve got forest green ones to go with my KAC carbine. I haven’t run across any in forest green in years , they may have stopped making them in that color.

People go nuts for colored mags for some reason. Never understood why. They're mags, they're wearing items.

Yep. Got some sand ones I need to move out. Had some odg ones should have kept em.
If you have any of the straight magpul 20 rd. Don't throw em away, I'll pick em up. . I have some cherry gen 1 30 rds i need to read up on.

Those straight mags go for a fortune too.

Hex mags and amend 2 mags are garbage and have no place in actual use outside of range plinking. They are light weight for a reason.

I watched a guy beat on an Amend @ mag for most of an afternoon. Hit it with a hammer, beat it on the counter, dropped it on the floor and all kinds of other stuff...never came apart. Watched him hit a MagPul twice on the base and it broke.

I have 2 Amend2 Mags (300BLK) and the rest are Magpul

Yep, the amend mags are fine, glock ones too. Hexmags ok. My favorite is the okay surefeed 2, metal those would be my pick for a hike with a group say mid November.

I just bought 10 gen 3 z mags ak47 .....i had to file all in 2 spots to fit a riley and a zap . The vendor [gunmagwarehouse said that is normal to file to fit . Magpul never responded to my complaint . My MOE mags fit and feed with no issues ....my luck i upgraded and got file to fit

Yep, the amend mags are fine, glock ones too.

I use the 34s in my FM-9 and they lock the bolt open

I put together a group buy and bought a case of 20 round P mags for around $5 a piece. That’s was after the magazine scare and a couple of places were dumping them at drastically reduced prices. I believe they were selling at a loss to reduce inventory that wasn’t moving or escalating in price . They gambled on wind fall profits that didn’t materialize.

where are you seeing these prices? I looked at gunbroker, they a tad more but none sold at 40-50, new in pack were average 15 I think?
