I like the Norma 9mm, the TAC22 is oily as hell though. Shoots fine and doesn't gum up the action on my p322 or ruger mk4, but it is definitely one that you'll want to keep wet wipes on hand to clean off your hands after loading magazines. I bought a bulk box of it at Gulf Coast Guns a while back. Shot well, just nasty greasy/oily.

Older reviews comment on it being heavily wax coated. I believe Norma has since toned down their coating. But it's entirely possible this promo is giving away the old stock waxy stuff lol
