I also have a Gemtech M4-02 on an 11.5" BCM I've been using about 5-6 years. I don't notice gas in my face with the M4-02 or the SDN-6. Admittedly I"m pretty insensitive to it. Have you tried the RTV trick on your charging handle to decrease the gas leakage? The sound on it is pretty comparable to the M4-02 or M4-2000. I bought this one for my MWS primarily, but also so I could run it on a few of the 5.56 guns. I haven't gotten a chance to run it on the MWS yet. I've got finals coming up so it's going to have to wait until they are done. Then I plan on spending a day out at K&M putting it through the paces on both the MWS and a couple of other guns.

The worst gun I have the issue with my Sig 556 SBR, I've thought about trying to do some RTV'ing on it around where the upper meets the lower in the rear but never have gotten around to it. After a few rounds my eyes are watering pretty bad with the Sig. It isn't nearly as bad with my longer rifles, but my 10.5" AR definitely needs some RTV attention too.

Got my stamp back from eFile last weekend; a little sooner than expected. I ordered a Brownells Remington front sight kit on Monday, got it today and finished the barrel for my 14" 870. I cut the 20" barrel down and mounted a brass bead. I'll put a tritium Big Dot on it after I have the barrel threaded for chokes and get all the metal cerakoted.

Got my stamps on a few last week, and had the engraving done earlier this week:

    photo (48).JPG

This is 9MM glock mag lower that I SBR'd (accepts from glock 26 to the 33 round mags, with bolt hold open)

    Lower:
    DDLES Small Frame Glock Lower
Spikes 7075 Tube with Spikes 9MM buffer
    Bad ASS Safety Selector
    Geissele G2S Trigger
Badger Ordnance Billet Bolt Catch (9MM is rough on bolt catches)
    Tango Down BG-16 Grip
    VLTOR Imod Stock

    Upper:
VLTOR MUR Upper, no forward assist.
    7" Centurion C4 Rail
CMMG Ramped 9MM Bolt, which I narrowed to work with the Glock mags.
    ADCO 7" 1/10 Barrel, threaded 1/2x36
    Smith Enterprises Vortex Flash Hider
Magpul XTM Hand Stop Kit (mounted backwards)
    BCM Gunfighter Mod4 Charging Handle
Daniel Defense Fixed Front and Rear Sights
Aimpoint T1 2MOA in Daniel Defense Mount

I hope to order an Octane 9 and a 1/2x36 3 Lug adaptor for this rifle here shortly, and may end up having to change up the rail system, and going with a shorter barrel, but until I get the suppressor it will stay like this.

    photo (50).JPG

This is a Coharie Arms CA89K, with a B&T folding stock, and Vertical Foregrip / Handstop.

I plan to add a scope mount, and mount an Aimpoint T1 on this one when the mount arrives, and that should be just about all it needs.

I'm still searching for my P90 barrel, and as soon as I can get my hands on one I will get that one short too.

Here is a group picture with my 4" .22LR SBR and AAC Element under the handguards:

    Need some details, please.

Looks like .338 or .375 bullet? Is it in the whisper or thumper family? The belted case is throwing me off.

    SSK built .500 Whisper.
Case is the .378 / .460 Wetherby family hence the belt.
    Built on a Wetherby action.
Shoot any .50BMG projectile or cast.
The suppressor can be dissembled for cleaning.

Wow! I actually looked up .500 whisper, but the bullet looked too small in the picture. That's awesome!
