If you purchase a booth/table at a gun show then you need an ffl.

Sell within 30 days of buying a firearm.

    Keep track of purchase price.

Are we factoring in inflation here?

$100 back in the 70's would have bought you atleast 40 Mosins and a few million rounds.

Now $100 won't even get the sling buckles..

I’m no lawyer so.... but if bought years ago and sell, will probably be fine but if bought recently for $500 and sold for $600, and have a few or several, they most likely will charge! Much easier to prove now!

The article appears Extremely biased and has bs "facts" based on non cited studies.
Yeah, just sort of skimmed through to see what they said about FFL’s! And no surprise about bias, almost all “News” is propaganda now, even Fox!

"The Trace" is that Garbage Rag that if I remember correctly, belongs to "Mom's Demand Action" or "Everytown for Gun Safety".

And I’m sure it will be more so in Blue states, but I’ve seen a few people jacked up around here so there’s that!

I don’t doubt about The Trace, as never heard of them but I’m gonna say based on what Duck You started and whatever the “rag” says, they will start going after people, especially in Blue states, but as mentioned, I’ve seen them “sweat” some local folks for this under the “old” rules!

I get rid of stuff because I got big eyes. I see it and buy it and then have 3. No room for all the children. Their ultimate goal is for you not to buy so this will be detrimental in some ways.

    I just picked up a new FN502 so now I'll sell a 22 I don't shoot as much.
Also just acquired a new AK so I may unload another rifle I have. Room in the safe is premium. Can't keep them all.

AR uppers is next. They keep threatening anyway.

Yeah, I don't know... Maybe private matters just oughta be kept private? Of course, you can always register, pay a fee that comes with terms/conditions, and probably electronic and physical surveilance, all the way demanding your "rights" not be violated. And lament that they were, again, after the fact.

Some of ya'll's conduct is pretty much why I won't post firearms for sale, and hesitate to even entertain a for sale post without considering the background/history of the poster. We're eating our own here, people. That really how ya want it?
