The 300 HAM'r is indeed an interesting chambering. It is like a 300BLK +P. Quite a few of the Texas hog hunters are using this with great success.
If I were just starting out hunting hogs and deer and a reloader,I would take a careful look at this chambering and above sale.
The 300HAM'r is well supported with brass and load data.
