Never buying Eotech again!

I'm wondering what caused it to do that? Gun oil vapor??? Something to watch for.

Iv heard them little silica gel moisture absorbing packs can be hell on things if they open up

Similar issue with Surefire flashlight a few years back. Never bought their brand again.

Update, eotech is still junk and they will not touch this optic to repair or service it.

I'm not sure the exact name of the act. It may not pertain to this. A company is supposed to provide service or parts to the product they provide for a period of 10 years from the manufacturing date.

I will look for it, also if anyone knows of a third party company that fixes them I am interested in going that route. I have learned a lot in my search for repair including that there was a buy back program at one point due to such a high fail rate in certain modals and lot numbers. Seems they tried to make it right for a while and then just abandon it Al together. I am at the 10 year mark but would fight that since I have predated letters stating they won’t service or repair it.
