I've been having good luck at Gold Mine in Daphne. It's kinda hit and miss, but they typically have primers and some powder. Primers are limited to 1000 per person per day.

I just bought some large pistol primers a couple of days ago. He had about 2k to 3k on display, not sure how many in the back room.
