Got this little NAA 1 1/8th inch 22Mag revo a few days ago. Was doing some reserch into carring systems. Got a inside the pocket holster coming, and will carry without holster of any kind I'm sure. Also got two different sets of grips on the way.
This little Kydex snap on is another option. Snaps on tight but with a quick jerk comes off clean. Hangs flat.

Just wanted to show this option to the NAA owners out there. Will be ordering one for my wifes little NAA 22. --- SAWMAN

Mike’s had those guns on sale a couple of weeks ago. I thought about buying one but I’ve already got an LCP so decided against it.

You are most welcome sir. I have three safes. I post the combo of each . . on different safes . . backwards . . multiplied by 3.1416. --- SAWMAN
I just stick my tape with the combo numbers upside down to throw off the burglers. I am thinking of writing them backwards so you have to read them in a mirror though. You know, just to have that extra level of security.

Watch pocket works good too. Just an FYI for others, the cylinder has notches in it to put the hammer on so it's not on a live round. When ready to shoot, just thumb it back and unleash the magnum force!!

That is the "newer" mods only James.
It is still kinda tricky finding the notch. Half cock, look in front of the hammer for the extremely small notch in the aft of the cylinder, hold back slightly on the hammer, pull the trigger, allow the hammer spur to drop into the notch.
However this is only done to set the gun up for "safe" carry.
For me,for my intended methods of carry, I would simply allow the hammer to sit over a loaded chamber. I have lowered the hammer on a loaded chamber, extracted the round, and checked for the smallest dent in the head of the brass. NONE !!
Possibly a slightly rebounding hammer ?? --- SAWMAN

Just got this little "speed" loader (yeah,RIGHT) for my NAA 22Mag. For $10. Works great and as advertised. Given these little guns are what I call - -> "5 shot ONLY" guns anyway. With no possibility of a reload in most any type of emergency situation. Kinda like a SAO revo. ( Ruger Blackhawk, etc) ONLY SLOWER !!
FOR ME - -> With this gun in my pocket or hanging around my neck,I will most likely not even bother to carry this loader. But it could have other applications I suppose. It would surely be faster than opening the slip top 50rd box and lineing up the lid to dump out only 5. Keeps 5 extra's clean also. ---- SAWMAN

I’ve got an NAA Pug 22 mag, it goes with me everywhere, people can laugh if they want too, but it’s better to have than have not. I have a pocket holster for mine and also a leather belt holster

A lot of the 1% bikers that I used to deal with during Bike Week and Biketoberfest, frequently carried a NAA with a .22 cleaning brush attached to a neck lanyard. The cleaning brush holds the gun in place and you would merely pull the gun down to employ it. I personally don't like anything hanging around my neck including jewelry. Just my .02 worth!

They do but big bucks. I would still consider them a "5 shot only" though.
I got a WASP grip for my gun also. Tried it. Just feels a little big for me. Counter productive for having a small neck / pocket gun.
Been wearing my gun in the neck holster. Super comfortable. --- SAWMAN

Been thinking about pulling some factory 40grs and reloading with 40gr NosBalTips.
    Wondering - - -> seating depth and COAL ?? --- SAWMAN

Got another little Kydex holster for this gun. Compaired to the pic in my OP this model gives the weapon a little more coverage, mainly the bbl and guide rod.
This one is friction controlled by the two phillips at the bottom. I have them torqued semi tight and it hold the weapon snugly.
Might just use the holster in my post#1 for pocket carry. Gotta practice snapping it off the gun using only one hand, which seems doable if thumb is positioned correctly. --- SAWMAN

Back a good many years ago when 22 magnum was produced in either hollow point or full metal case only , I pulled some factor fmc and replace them with Sierra 40 grain hornet soft points. They worked great on turkeys but I had a difficult time getting them tight in the case . I finally cut a 22 hornet die short enough to seat the bullet and apply a little crimp. I didn’t do very many of them and never got around to making a shell holder , I think a shell holder would make the process easier. But I’m not sure about the safety factor of a rim fire case in a shell holder.
