PENDING TRADE--Got this shotgun for 3 gun Mossberg JM Pro tactical series (24") and never even used it once so selling it off along with two shell holders. Still have original box it came with only thing I did to the shotgun was lube it with some Froglube (as stated never been fired or loaded)

$700--CZ-SP01 tactical stock night sights as well w/4 mags (2mecgar) & lefty bladetech holster with low round count.....maybe 50. I'm contemplating as well.... if the right offer comes my way

Buyers market. Real Estate is exactly the opposite right now. Both are at their respective ends of the spectrum because of outside forces.
It's really fascinating how they react to certain stimuli, and are very similar in many ways.
