I will try to find out..I tried steel wool on it and it doesn't rub off easily....looks factory applied whatever it is

I am not sure what I know what cerakote is, but this appears to be factory done... You cannot feel
it, or see it as being applied... Solvents dont't bother it, and steel wool doesn't seem to take it off...
I will be happy to show you and let you check it out...
