Interesting thing. My old Millett scope bit the dust Sunday. Not a particularly fancy or expensive rig...but I liked it. 5 years after it was purchased, I called them just for grins about warranty service. Their reply asked the set # and problem..deemed it not worth repair... Told me to trash it...and mailed me the new updated LRS 56 for FREE. Now that is customer service from Bushnell !!

Super. Not a lot of companies even have a way of contacting them anymore, much less good customer service.

Maybe I should call them about my scope rings. A couple of cylinders of .44 Mag in a 4" gun bent the cross bolts on some new Millet rings.

For them to even have fixed it for a decent price would have impressed me. Lol. Most just blow you off. Zeiss is almost as bad at warranty as Kimber..that's not a compliment.

I would....The gentleman I talked to told me that they do all their QA and design in the US now. Apparently Bushnell is attempting to turn it into a respectable mid price brand. Even for a 300$ scope the one that just died would shoot the square out of my vise with a very repeatable RTZ. Will evaluate and write up the new LRS when it gets here.

I bought a set of millet rings and one was messed up out the pack. Called millet they told me to trash them and a new set was on the way. Bushnell has been getting it together. Glad to hear they took care of you to
