Sunrise is at 5:45am, if you want to do any exercise outdoors 30 minutes before that is the best time to do it with temps in the 70's and sun still not up or hiding behind buildings and trees!

I'm out working in the yard today, yesterday I dug up my broken gate post, set in 100# of cement and set a new one.
I was a swimming pool contractor for 38 years and would put in 10-12hr days in this. Until about 15 years ago, now I can't stand it but for a few hrs. I now do industrial maintenance on night shift, exclusively because of the heat.

Used to work on a tree crew for several years--daylight to dark. Got covid several times and my heat tolerance right now is about as close to 0 as you can get. About as bad as when I got severe heat stroke many years ago.

Damn hot out, got to enjoy it when I went through basic at Lackland AFB, TX in 1980. The high on June 27th, 1980 was 105 F.
By the end of July, I was at Lowry AFB, CO going through tech school, big temperature change.
