Looking for an AR hanging clip

Ok so this may be an odd one but I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere. Has anyone seen the show Generation Kill? In the show the actor job huertas plays sgt Antonio Espera. Age witness in the show he will hang his m16 on his molle vest with what seems to be a belt clip. From the looks of it, the clip is mounted in the area of the end plate. Has anyone seen something like this or does anyone have the ability to make this? I have searched all over a few different times and I can't find anything.

Edit: I see that it's not exactly what you're talking about, but maybe it will work as a quick attach to a molle vest?

i didn't see it on there. this was literally just like a knife belt clip down the side of the receiver coming off the end plate. it wasn't a sling point, even though he had a single point sling on there as well, the hung it from his molle vest and took the weight off the shoulder strap

What about something like in the bottom of this picture? You can thread the sling through it and hook it on a molle loop.

Found ones like it cheap, I may give it a try
