I have a brand new, never fired, Ruger LCRX in .22 mag I “might” be willing to trade... what firearms do you have that you might want to trade with?

I want to ask why you chose a revolver? There are many auto's that perform flawlessly and offer so much more firepower, as in rounds in the magazine. the s&w shield is one, or even the ruger small 9mm, and the glock 43 I am a fan of the small .38 special, but i read an article that convinced me "never carry a weapon for SD I wouldn't choose if I knew I was going to be in a gun fight".....train with it, carry it...my choice is glock 19 with golden saber ammo....just sharing this because it changed my view....yes many times a threat can be handled in 3 shots(thats statistics from last 20 yrs)...but today's threats seem to be groups/mobs.....and if actually firing the weapon is necessary, those who are presenting the threat need to know that after the first 3 rounds, there are many more that can be fired. just an old guys 2 cents worth....

I have bought her Taurus, HK, Glock, FN, S&W semi autos in .380, 9mm, .40 calibers. She doesnt like them. She has shot my S&W Scandium .38+P and she was very happy with it. Im a firm believers that you shoot what you are happy with and you will be good with it. You just voiced all the concerns and tips I tried to use with her.

My wife loves to shoot but has trouble rack the slide on any of my semi auto pistols. Last year i bought her a Colt Detective Special 2” and she loves the gun. She shoots the hell out of it. Folks at the range are always impressed when they see her groupings.

I got my wife a 38 Taurus revolver - Same deal. She didn't like Glocks or sigs or any of the other semi autos. The little 38 revolver is what she wanted. :)

+1 on the 3 inch barrel and getting her what she likes. She will shoot it more and that leads to more guns and range time for you later on.
