On the navy base. No hunting! But mark my words. I will have one of these dead by the time I PCS. Even if I have to run it over with my truck!

Anyone good with a bow? You could shoot it from inside of my house. These 2 come out every night around 630-700.

I've got a Browning x-cellorator I am getting ready to put up in the for sale section. I haven't shot it in about 10 years; $50 and it's yours along with all the arrows I can find and anything else I have archery related.

WOW, see what Fl deer can turn into if people stop shooting spikes and young deer in FL??

My thoughts exactly. These deer are protected since they live on the navy base. But yes it always saddens me when I see a young spike taken all the time. Let them grow and then have a deer worth while to take during the season.

I have gotten to about 10 feet away from them just walking up on them. They don't fear people here, which is good and bad. I have heard that we might be opening up a day or 2 for harvesting some of the herd. They are actually becoming a nuisance here on base. Of course it would be bow only.

Those horns almost look like Mule Deer. I love just watching them feed when they aren't scared of anything.
