I truly hate to sell this scope setup, but it’s a duplicate in my collection, and it’s been sitting without a proper host. In my opinion, it’s one of the best lightweight variable power scopes ever made, and it’s not available from Leupold anymore (probably because it undercut sales of more expensive models). Great quality, American made Leupold 3-9x40, lifetime warranty, daylight bright green illumination, and only 12.4 ounces. Stupid-simple ballistic calculations, tactical turrets, and Leupold makes CDS dials for whatever platform you use it on. I run an identical setup on DMR rifle with green micro dot on an arisaka offset mount, and it’s the perfect optics setup. I purchased this scope to build an identical optics set up, and never completed the build, so my loss, your gain.
It is in excellent condition, with the original box and paperwork. It’s mounted in a solid Midwest Industries 1.4 offset mount and comes with Leupold neoprene scope cover and Alumina lens covers. The breakdown price of it new (if it was still available from Leupold) is $550 for the scope, $150 for the MI mount, $180 for the Alumina covers, $30 for the neoprene cover…a total of over $900. I’ll sell the complete setup for $600, and I’ll even toss in a cattail magnification ring extender. I’m not interested in selling pieces separately. It’s a phenomenal scope for the price.
Update: the reticle is the TMR (tactical milling reticle) with the green firedot illumination.
