I have a used tactical vest with Level IIIA soft armor and plates that are level 4 when used in conjunction with soft armor. Vest is a size large, plates are 10x14. The vest is protech brand with; front and rear soft armor, cummerbund soft armor, throat and groin guards.
Everything is expired so use at your own risk but a high quality set up. All Velcro still works perfectly.
Take 200, can meet in Crestview/FWB area. Just ready to get it out of my gun room. Open to trades as well.
