IDPA & GSSF at Bullets and Bones

Looks like the folks at Bullets & Bones are going to host IDPA and GSSF events.
Initial schedule only shows one per month alternating between the IDPA and GSSF formats.

IDPA is happening on 6 SEP

-Follow IDPA Rules
- Equipment: Holster, Mag Pouch, Minimum 3 Magazines. NO CONCEALMENT GARMENT.
-8:30- 9;30 Registration
-9:30 Safety Briefing
-9:45 Stage Preview
-10:00 Start Shooting

GSSF is happening 4 Oct

-Follow GSSF Rules
-Equipment: Any Pistol Manufacturer Chambered in .380 ACP, 9MM, 10MM, 357SIG, 40 S&W, 45 ACP/GAP. *NO .22 CAL OR MAGNUM CALIBER PISTOLS PLEASE*
-3 or more magazines preferred but no necessary.
-The 3 standard GSSF Courses.
SHOOTING DIVISIONS
1- Pistols with magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds.
2- Pistols with limited magazine capacity of 6-7 rounds.

-8:30- 9:30 Registration
-9:30 Safety Briefing (MORE BRIEFINGS AS NEEDED)
-9:45 Stage Preview
-10:00 Start Shooting
- Shooting will run until 4:00 to accommodate everyone's schedule!

nice! keep us updated if anything changes. And we can shoot any make pistol in the GSSF? Thought it was glock's only!

Any make pistol as long as it's of the caliber that is listed

Cost? How many stages? How many bays? Moving targets? Is "no concealment" a permanent rule or just summertime?

well I know there are no bays as the pistol range is just an open uneven long table across the entire thing with no dividers.

Bullets and Bones will be hosting another "IDPA Style" match on Nov 1st.
When I talked to one of the owner/operators a couple of weeks back, they made it sound like the "no concealment garmet" was to give us a break from summer time heat.
Here's the info for the 1 NOV match.

I didn't make it out to their first one IDPA match last month but I did get into the GSSF style match a couple of weeks back. Good time and it felt well organized.
They put a couple pictures and videos from the September match if anyone wants to check them out.
