    Explain?
Prism optics don't need batterys to work. You can get them in 1x,2x 2.5x,3x 5x. There may be even stronger ones made, idk. They are proven effective for hunting, by me anyway. Ymmv

    *3x Spitfire TNW 10mm and 3x Athlon C308.

More for shotgun use, so looking more from like a perspective of let’s say a Swampfox Kingslayer/justice or Burris ff (reflex) versus something like an Eotech
I’ve never looked through a holographic. Supposedly the dot looks to be as if placed on the image. I know they seem to be more robust sights, but I’ve never had much issue with Burris or Vortex red dots.

Another one. SEEALL. Bit of a learning curve and a bit fussy to get 0. Tough though and once set they hold.

    Holographic simply performs better.
Prism sights have parallax issues as u still need a good eye to sight alignment

Wound up buying an Eotech 512 from the local gun shop. The guy has lots of inventory and I was able to view Trijicons, Eotech, Sig, and Holosun sights all side by side. Really appreciate the guy having that type of stock.

Hands down, the Eotech had the best sight picture for my intended use and my eyes.

    I also own quite a few EO512s.
Good value and the battery life of these twin AAs is nothing to sneeze at especially when its the Energizer Ultra Lithiums.
And AAs are the most common battery in the world.
